Nick has had a decorated career, establishing some of the most successful fast-growth digital business of the last two decades and creating several of the world's first loyalty and data marketing schemes.<br /><br />He made his name as founder, CEO and President of Overture Europe which he grew from a start-up into a substantial $1billion internet business. Here, he built the paid search market in Europe from the ground up, an industry now dominated by Google and worth more than BP 3 billion per year in the UK. Overture was sold to Yahoo! in 2003 and became Yahoo! Search marketing.<br /><br />He then founded and became CEO of The Search Works, part of the IMW Group, which became Europe's largest paid search agency. Nick expanded the businesses from scratch across Europe, Japan and Korea. He sold the group to TradeDoubler AB in 2007 for BP 56 million and joined their board.<br /><br />Nick launched electronic points systems for Air Miles and Sainsbury's reward card, as well as loyalty schemes for the NatWest credit card and the Shell smartcard.
