The Maj Invest group was established in May 2005 by management, employees and Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond (LD). Since the group's establishment, ownership has changed, and today the owners include PKA, Realdania, PBU as well as employees and management. The group comprises five companies: Maj Invest Holding A/S, Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S, Maj Invest Equity A/S and two companies related to international equity funds. In addition, the group is investment adviser to the mutual fund Maj Invest (Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest), which is owned by its members. The group is engaged in various asset management and stock exchange trading activities, which are organised in the following business areas: Asset Management Wealth Management Equity Equity International
