Incitia Ventures is an independent Nordic VC fund manager with a base in Oslo, Norway. The firm invests in companies with high growth potential in all sectors where technology can make significant commercial impact. Incitia Ventures was established in 2001, initially serving as the dedicated manager for Selvaag InvestÂ's venture investments in an evergreen structure. Early 2007, Incitia Ventures closed its evergreen fund and raised a closed-end fund open for new investors. Incitia Ventures currently manages two funds with a committed capital base of about NOK 450 mill. Incitia has attracted leading Norwegian fund investors including Selvaag Invest, KLP and DnB NOR. After more than 13 years in the venture capital business, delivering strong returns and building world leading niche companies, Incitia Ventures has decided to discontinue its current activities. This will be effective from July 1st 2014.
