Futurimpresa SGR is an asset management company authorized by the Bank of Italy September 18, 2009 to provide services in asset management and asset management companies. Futurimpresa acquires minority stakes in companies with a turnover of Capital between 10 and 50 million or so and they are established in Lombardy. The choice of investment initiatives will occur mainly in the context of companies with concrete development plans, family run and in the presence of generational or business, which possess distinctive trademarks or know-how, offering typical products of the "Made in Italy "or introducing technological innovations. The Fund expects to hold the shares for a period of 5 years and a half. The Fund aims to achieve its investment without leverage.
