The Bank moved its domicile from Zurich to Wilen bei Wollerau (Canton Schwyz) in 1997. The main services include securities trading, equities brokerage, wealth management and advisory services for selected clients, issuing of covered warrants, asset management, as well as Corporate Finance activities and M&A advisory services. As a result of the specialization of the banking activities, the main source of revenue are trading commissions and advisory fees.
